Albert D. Hawkins, Jr., CEO

Mr. Hawkins has been serving the H.V.A.C. testing and balancing industry for the past 36 years. Mr. Hawkins brings to Hydrair Balance Co., Inc. diverse experience as a business owner and as a previously NEBB-qualified Supervisor and AABC Certified Engineer. He has supervised a multitude of projects of all sizes and types throughout the United States, as well as overseas. Mr. Hawkins is also an expert HVAC testing and balancing professional witness.

Sharon E. Lohr, President

As president, Mrs. Lohr is responsible for all administrative duties, estimating, sales, and scheduling of projects. Mrs. Lohr has been president of Hydrair Balance Co., Inc. since 1986 and started with the previous owner of Hydrair Balance Company in 1972.

David C. Hall, P.E.

Mr. Hall is a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, and Florida. Reports requiring P.E. supervision and certification are certified by Mr. Hall, who has been supervising and certifying HVAC testing and balancing since 1975. Mr. Hall is also an expert HVAC mechanical engineering professional witness.
